  What a pleasant surprise! Having read other reviews some of which complained about the poor fit of this item, I ordered it anyway. Why? At this price as opposed to the manufacturer's price, it was worth a punt! It took just a few seconds to find the right sleeve, slide the knob on and, hey presto! It fits! Ordered three more! Not a perfect match but didn't spot the black version until after ordering! So if you have a brushed silver cooker, learn from this old fool, get the black version! Usual great service, though!

  I bought these as the New World ones for my hob are no longer available. As there is nothing wrong with the hob apart from the Control Knobs, I was desperate to find something to replace the old Knobs with. As these seemed to be the only thing available and were cheap enough to bin should they not work, I ordered them. They arrived extremely quickly & do the job to perfection. Ok so they don't look the part like the old original ones did, but at the price they make the hob look a hell of a lot better than the now ruined original's. They work & were easy to fit with a choice of 5 different adjustment pieces. I would certainly recommend them & should it be necessary in the future then I would not hesitate to buy again on the assumption that they will be still available. They also come in black as well as white.

  Our built in Hotpoint oven is over 15 years old and we had trouble sourcing replacement knobs locally. These universal knobs were ideal, great fit, great value for money - just what we were looking for! We will definitely use espares again.
