  They were easy to fit and look good. My wife is delighted with them because they replaced badly scorched original knobs. I am slightly concerned however because I have used them on a gas hob and, because they are plastic, I feel that the heat forced out sideways from under the cooking pots and pans may be too much for them and lead to distortion. We will have to wait and see but if they do not suffer we will be very pleased.

  Does the Job 22 December 2014

  I have had a problem trying to find replacement knobs for my Philips cooker which is quite old. I was not aware that there was such a thing as a universal cooker control knob and when I saw them on the internet I ordered them and they work fine. Problem solved !
