  I bought these "universal" knobs, because the "New Worlds" were out of stock. They did the job, but I think they are a bit too short in length, given a choice for my particular New World I would choose the manufacturer's knob.

  as long as you are careful finally positioning the knob relative to the facia, these were a very acceptable solution and are not out of place on the appliance. Would use these again.

  Better than original Knobs! 30 January 2015

  The original knobs on my Belling range cooker were very difficult to get a grip on, and four of the ten broke within a couple of years. I was very pleased to find these universal fit ones from Espares, and even more so after fitting them, they are very easy to operate, and having fitted a full set, the cooker now looks better than ever. Thank you Espares. PS the cost for all ten was very reasonable, less than half the cost of the originals

  Not the right size for all cookers 06 January 2015

  While this product is easy to assemble, in practice it was not the correct size for our (rather old) cooker which requires a long spindle between the knob and the bit to which it attaches and which also requires the mechanism to be depressed before the knob will turn. By packing the parts supplied with cardboard it is just possible to get the cooker to work although the knob will not stay attached and so has to sit on the counter next to it. Better than nothing but not really a permanent solution.

  Does what I bought it for. 30 November 2014

  I bought this for an unusual brand of cooker because I wasn't sure what type of knob to choose when I needed a replacement, but found this 'universal' one at a very keen price and thought I'd try it. It worked perfectly. What more can I say!

  Not exactly multi-fit! 06 November 2014

  The knob was very easy to assemble and replaced 2 of the old knobs perfectly. Unfortunately the shaft of the knob was not as long as it looked in the picture - I needed to replace 4 knobs with long shafts and so these replacement knobs were simply not long enough. Such a pity as the 2 shorter ones were perfect. I had been assured on the phone that they would be suitable.... no so!
