  This torch is a replacement for the the first one I ordered that went faulty within a few days. This to has a slight fault but does work if you play with the switch. The customer service is very good although it does take a few days for them to respond.

  Poor or non existent instructions. On off switch is temperamental and often goes to the flashing setting rather than full beam

  Would be great without the annoying fault 23 November 2015

  A nice solid torch, well balanced. But having put in the batteries and tightened the bottom cap, I found it didn't work. After messing about for some while I found that it switches on only if the bottom cap is left partially unscrewed. An irritating fault bit I decided sending it back would only add to the irritation. It does the job, but why oh why do manufacturers not properly test their products and get them right??

  Small, tough & hopefully reliable torch ideal for keeping in the door bin of the car. Takes up virtually no space & available for immediate access if needed.

  Product faulty but aftersales excellent 25 July 2014

  The torch is well made and a handy size, but I had to email to find out how to alter the beam. This was answered promptly, but unfortunately did not solve the problem of a very faint beam. I have had to return the item, but the returns process was exemplary.
