was a challenge to fit this belt; would have been helpful video YouTube or instruction manual or similar for my model dryer but got there in the end; it did the job good quality product

Great drive belt 13 January 2021
Although, on the particular Bosch tumble drier we have, fitting was harsh (you have to virtually take the machine apart), the belt itself is superb and the machine runs smoothly and the quietest it ever has. Hard work but worth it in the end.

Did the job 17 November 2020
Decent quality belt, as a diy job it would have been nice to have a diagram how this fitted. Espares do a YouTube tutorial for a bosh tumble dryer but not a condenser dryer which is different. That said after a bit of trial & error, a visit to a marriage guidance councillor and enough choice language to make a sailor blush it got sorted. Asked for next day delivery which turned up late which was a bit annoying but hey ho.

Instructions for WTE84105GB 21 October 2020
So here is how I managed to do it in the end. 1.Remove top - two torx screws at rear, slide top to rear to remove. 2. Remove Both sides, torx screws (T15 & T20) don't forget the two underneath , then slide to rear to remove. WATCH OUT THE EDGES ARE SHARP! 3. Remove condenser draw and then remove control panel, screws at side and inside condenser draw slot. Gently pul towards you to unclip. 4. Take photos of connectors and mark them with sharpie as some are the same. Disconnect and remove control panel, 5. Remove metal bar from front top and any screws on front. 6. remove Door, (you may get away with leaving this on. 7. Now here's the fun, I couldn't work out how to remove the front completely, but it was enough to just lift up the drum a fraction and work the new band around the drum, make sure the ribbed section is against the drum. 8. Remove spring that tensions the drive motor on the right hand side. 9.Remove the grey fan cover on the lower left side. 10. use some grips on the motor shaft and a socket bolt on the plastic fan to disconnect the fan. 11. Slide the belt over the metal motor shaft and align the groves in the band with the groves on the shaft. 12. Make sure the band is centred on the drum 13. Put it all back together in reverse.

Not a simple install 15 May 2020
The video on e-spares claims to show a Bosch/Siemens install - Our Siemens iQ100 was nothing like that in the video. We had to remove the whole drum to change the belt which involved taking the back off. I'm not actually sure we needed to remove the front to do this and this was the hardest part to replace - take care with the sharp edges. The door switch is very fragile with "crash clips" which easily break. Halfway through, and on the point of giving up, we tried the "help chat" but the response was "we are not qualified to give technical advice" I got the impression the Chat service may not be UK based. e-spares is a very efficient parts supplier but don't just rely on their videos for fitting; we eventually found a video which showed how to remove the drum from the back. Still, a new dryer would have been £500.00 so the cursing and cut fingers were worth it in the end. Will continue to use e-spares.

Easy to buy, very awkward to fit 13 May 2020
Well I managed it! It took two afternoons, approx 6 hrs, and much frustration. Our Bosch WTE84105GB tumble dryer was not designed for ease of changing the belt. Purchasing was easy, delivery even in these unusual times was fairly quick, but fitting, oh dear me, what a night mare. There are no Youtube videos specific to this dryer. Your own video on a different dryer makes it appear ever so easy, it is not.

Perfect replacement for broken belt 22 March 2018
The new belt arrived as requested in perfect condition. The fitting was a total nightmare as the model of my daughters dryer does not have the small drive belt off the motor, so the replacement has to fit over the lead impeller. The impeller is very difficult to remove from the motor shaft.

New Tuble dryer belt 19 December 2017
the right product at the right time, for those trying for the first time, fitting a tumble dryer belt can be quite challenging due to the large number of components that must be removed and replaced; its not a quick job. Now everything is running perfectly however so I'm very satisfied.

Bosch quality again 19 March 2021
I purchased an OE tumble drier belt manufactured by Bosch. Quality is first class as you would expect and the size is correct. With the help of online videos the fitting was straightforward. Working perfectly.
