Panasonic Oral irrigator now as good as new 30 March 2018

Replaced the worn-out batteries with these new ones from eSpares. Charged them in-situ overnight, and the irrigator is as good as new.

Value depends on how long they last! 22 February 2018

I've had my water jet for 4 years and just got around to replacing the original batteries (200 weeks, less than 100 recharges). I have always run the irrigator until the batteries died and then recharged them fully. Replacing the batteries was fairly difficult, perhaps because joints had become a bit clogged up over the years. The top cover has a small slit for a screwdriver blade, but I had to use more strength than I wanted to to get it off. I thought I would break something. The batteries, motor etcetera were stiff to remove, and also needed a strong push to refit them. panasonic.com has downloadable manuals so you can find an exploded picture (number 14) showing how to get at the top screw. At the time I looked, the only options were manuals in Croatian or Serbian - no English!

    Good purchase 04 December 2017

I was pleased to find these batteries were available, and they look the same as the factory fitted ones. Fitting them wasn't difficult, removal of three screws and a little care with dissassembly and reassembly. Put on charge overnight and up and running again in the morning - happy days! :)

    Great product 26 October 2017

My Panasonic irrigator packed up last week. The replacement batteries fixed it. You need 2 batteries and the screw are two at the bottom and one underneath the cover at the top of the irrigator. When you undo the top screw you pull the whole mechanism out.

    It works!! 07 July 2017

After reading some info on replacing batteries on Panasonic mouth irrigator, I decided to have a go. I have replaced batteries on EW1211W model and it works!!! It took some time of course, but it is worth trying.

Good value for money 13 April 2017

Replacment is not so hard: you have to open cover on top, inside you find small pump and than you have 2 screws on the bottom. After you take out all 3 screews (one on top and 2 in the bottom) you push out whole electronics and replace both bateries.

Repair Of Panasonic EW1211W Rechargeable Oral Irrigator Flosser WaterJet 28 February 2017

I was initially told my Panasonic EW1211W couldn't be repaired hence a new one at over fifty pounds. After a bit of internet research I was directed towards espares and found the exact rechargeable batteries as used within the product quite easily. Super quick delivery, fitted and working in minutes. Will definitely use again, Thank You

New lease Of Life For Panasonic Irrigator 15 January 2017

An excellent purchase which has put new life into my Irrigator. Batteries appear to exhaust after about 2 -2 1/2 years of recharging and need replacing. There is a good description (John Rickson 22 June 2016)) about how to replace. It is a bit tricky but one point I would make after removing top cap, pump mechanism, 2 base screws and 1 top screw, the batteries and PCB are pushed out from the BOTTOM of the irrigator upwards towards the top. Quite stiff to remove and re assembly is equally as tight and needs some care and patience. I find it an excellent product to use now the batteries are pushing out some pump power!
