  Worked well, but failed earlier than expected 26 September 2017

  I used this to replace the head with worn out brushes on a Henry vacuum cleaner. It was straight forward and worked well. But at just over a year old a small slim section of plastic has broken off the internal piece which allows the pitch to vary in use. Now the head catches on the piece and the pitch is effectively fixed and steep. It also forces the brushes to partially retract. The original branded component had lasted more than a decade.

  Worth every penny, But! 23 August 2017

  Ordering, speed of delivery, quality of product, all excellent (including small free gift), but item was not as described. It should have been fitted with 2 small wheels for ease of use which it did not have. Contacted espares only to find they do not stock wheeled model. Miffed as we were relying on these to make the job easier as we age!

  Delivery was quick and very professional. Very good quality replacement for original parts. Unfortunately my wife order wrong size 32 mm instead of 35 mm and bin original packaging now have to order another, this time I will do it by myself :-) will be easy coz now where I should buy parts.
