  Quick and Easy 06 January 2015

  When de-scaling my kettle I noticed holes in the spout filter so I went on line and found eSpares and ordered a new one. A day or two later it turned up and I fitted it. Job done! Cheaper, quicker and easier than buying a new kettle.

  Could not find this thing on the website, so filled in a form, and eSpares came up with the goods in double quick time, as usual. Replacement for a filter that had collapsed under the strain (mesh had gone all brittle), and it was cheaper than buying a new kettle. Just slots into the spout of the kettle - may sure you get it the right way round.

  This Model kettle is not recognised by espares so it took some perseverance to get enough detail to chance buying the filters. Espares finally came up trumps and sent me some approx. dimensions (no guarantees). I can tell you now that their kettle filters, Stock Number: ES1563081, do fit the Russell Hobbs Model 18267 kettle. They are good quality and fit perfectly.

  Does the job effectively 04 March 2014

  I was pleased to be able to get a spare filter as otherwise the kettle would have gone in the bin - the existing filter was u/s and the tea tasted horrible in our very hard water area. It works perfectly and no more bits in the tea.
