Very pleased with prompt delivery, product does exactly what its supposed to! Being able to buy the tool set meant I did not have to replace whole vacuum cleaner when my son lost the telescopic extension tube, how goodness only knows? very pleased with espares experience and would happily use again!

Good value kit but BEWARE FITTING 10 January 2013
This is a good value collection of cleaner accessories. However, it does NOT fit onto an existing 32mm hose/ cleaner end. It is itself a 32mm diameter pipe designed to receive a smaller end. I am now trying hard to find a connector that will fit two 32mm ends together.

I thought I would have to buy a new cleaner as the connection to the hose snapped but going online I saw this product it was better than the original. It has a longer wand and extra fittings than the original.I would strongly recommend that people search your website to see the great range of spares before getting rid of a faulty appliance and save themselves money.

Does not fit a miele Vacum 03 March 2013
It is good vaiue for money well made but was not good for me as it was money I need not have spent as it does not fit my miele. My vacum cleaner has little clips that click into one another so it would not fit. so I now have something that has no other use.This is just unfortunate as THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE PRODUCT.
