  We bought this product to descale our kettles and coffee machines at home and 2 churches. It is very easy to use and very successful but an extra boil out to get rid of the product does not go amiss

  Have tried it in kettle and it worked 100%. Not so sure on efficiency with iron but it may be that we are in a very hard water area and it will take two treatments.

  It does exactly what it says on the sachet, make sure you read and follow the instructions to the letter. If it doesn't work you've not read the instructions properly. My old kettle is now like a new one, normally it would have gone in the bin but times are hard so i tried this De-scaler and saved myself some money and a bit of the planet too.

  It got my Gaggia going again 09 July 2012

  My Gaggia espresso maker was getting slower and slower, a clean with this descaler did the job,easy to do and good a result. Coffee is now back to normal
