  I had to tape one end of the tube as it was too big, but couldn't be bothered returning it as I had no other options

  Not as good as it should have been 27 January 2014

  The tube arrived slightly damaged - the top was dented. As we needed to use the cleaner urgently, I decided to straighten out the tube myself - this was successful. However, the bottom tube was very slightly smaller than the original, so went far further into the cleaner head; rendering the shortest setting unusable. It has, however, worked OK.
