  Nice product but... 02 October 2014

  The extension tube was made of metal, which made it too heavy for my wife to handle - even before it was used full length The end fitting to the tube did not go fully into the machine's socket.

  I bought this tube as the original Samsung one started folding up - the mechanism that allows it to extend stopped working. The replacement was great, but developed the same fault as the original: the tube does not extend any more. It lasted a year and a half which is less than I would expect, and I need to buy another one.

  Delivery very good; in two days. Fits OK, but at one end is a little loose, so is inclined to slip a bit. At £5.99 is excellent value and £50 cheaper than the branded item.
