  This filter has given my Dyson a new lease of life, for although the old one was said to be 'for life', it had become clogged with dust and affected the performance of the vaccum cleaner.

  Saved the price of a new vacuum cleaner 28 January 2018

  If your Dyson isn't cleaning as well as it used to, it may be that he filters are dirty. The pre-motor filter is easy to find, but the post-motor filter is hidden away. Changing it has resulted in a cleaner that's as good as new and saved the cost of a new cleaner.
