  Good, fast, efficient Service 30 August 2018

  Very Happy with the quick and efficient service by e-spares. The unit is exactly what I required. . My gripe (and for giving product itself 3 stars) is with the original design of the product by the manufacturer/Hotpoint - not with e-spares. The filter has two folding halves which flip open for cleaning with plastic hinges on one side. These hinges are quite weak and do not last long - in my case about a year in normal domestic use. My main reason for replacing is these hinges which fail and the two halves detach from each other. The original filter supplied with the machine failed for the same reason. . Obviously e-spares can only sell what they are supplied with - the fault is in the original design.
