  This is the second time I have had to put a new door seal on a washing machine and as per the previous one the product is top quality. Delivery was only a couple of days and the price was very reasonable. Fitting is easy as long as you take your time - you tube has plenty of videos showing you how. The whole process took less than 1/2 hour and was well worth the effort

  Having watched the instruction video it looked easy to fit but on my machine the front does not come off so you have to work through to seal opening and find your own way

  Nothing wrong with the product 20 April 2017

  It would seem that the manufacturer made it as awkward as possible to fit what you would have thought straightforward part We had to call a specialist man in,he knew exactly how to fit it but physically still struggled Evidently the front of the machine used to come off with screws to simplify the fitting but now the front is welded n making it a much more difficult task

  A struggle to replace, but good quality. 26 March 2017

  This unit was a bit awkward to replace due to the retaining rings on the washer which was existing. However the quality and service from eSpares is above and beyond as usual.

  Fantastic service 07 July 2016

  I ordered the seal online in the afternoon, it arrived mid afternoon the following day. I'm a little "cack-handed" so I found fitting it more difficult than it appears in the video. After much perseverance ( and some colourful language) I completed the job. Great! No leaks! Brilliant service.

  Hotpoint washing machine Door Seal 05 June 2016

  The information re fitting of a door seal on the video is excellent, however as simple as it looks, the video could be more helpful to the layman. Removing the washer parts to get to the old seal was easy. What is missing for the layman to understand, is to show him/her how to manipulate the seal around the inner rim of the drum. The holding spring was not as shown on the video. The strong spring had no fastener which meant another pair of hands was required to hold it in place.
