  The kettle must have been badly scaled up because after three rounds of treatment with the product there is still limescale in the kettle.

  This product was cheap and you don't need to use too much. However in our heavily scaled kettle even after I used this twice it still had heavy limescale in places. I used another brand (more expensive) and it was sparkling clean after one application
