  FITTING THE REPLACEMENT HEATING PUMP 17 July 2022

  As always Espares delivered the goods. They really do "what it says on the tin". As for fitting the unit. Not easy unless it's previously been replaced. The factory fitted pipe clip holding part of the pump with the pipe end on it is held in place by "single use" pipe clip requiring specialist pliers to loosen it. I spent over an hour with a hacksaw blade wrapped in masking tape to cut through the plastic pipe on the faulty unit. In the box from Espares was a normal jubilee clip. Good thinking. As someone else on here stated, hours and hours to remove the old unit, 10 minutes to fit the new unit.

  Purchase with confidence 01 January 2021

  DW failed on the Dec 27th. Tracked the fault to the heater. Ordered from eSpares on 28th and the part arrived on 30th. Great service as there was a BH in there plus everything else. Took me about four hours to get the old part out (no idea what I was doing!) and about ten minutes to fit new. Running a test now but all looking good! Thank you eSpares. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

  Genuine Parts & Quality 20 October 2020

  I ordered this part from espares after contacting Bosch direct. They told me I would have to pay for an engineer to come out and obviously part/s fitting etc. I contacted espares with the serial number of my dishwasher, I was quickly navigating through the easy to use site and able to identify and order my genuine part. It was delivered within 3days and I got a friend to fit it. Dishwasher again working perfectly and it was a far more cost effective option....Well done 👌

  Easy when you Know How 29 January 2019

  This was an expensive repair but the new heater/pump works well. I had to search You Tube for the correct installation instructions, which then made the job very easy. Replaced the hose clamp as the original was impossible to refit. While the electrical connections were completely compatible the labelling on the motor winding socket was different to the original which worried me but didn't cause any problem.
