  This Hoover redesign filter 17 July 2012

  Having been one of the complainers regarding the old style filters made from cheap white plastic, I should be the first to congratulate Hoover for listening, and redesiging the structure and material of this filter. It is a loop around structure with a tighter clip, comprised of a better quality, more resilient grey thermal plastic. Buy it and save the cost of replacing the filter every time you drop it on the floor, or brush it too hard. Yes, that's what I said, you should brush the lint from the mesh...
