  Had to use old rubber mountings to obtain a good tight fit, and cut new ones off ,so far so good, only time will tell if successful. Cheap repair if lasts

  Heres to the next ten years 27 December 2017

  My ten year old washing machine broke down just before Christmas , and Miele couldn't call out until early January . The replacement part ( perfect match for original ) arrived the day after ordering from ESpares site , and was successfully fitted the same evening . May call again in ten years time hopefully .

  Cheaper than a Miele call-out 04 December 2017

  As with previous reviews the rubber holders are different but simple enough to remove and use originals. Brushes are almost identical to original Miele parts but half the price! I was able to access the motor and brushes pack without removing the motor by laying the machine on it's side and working from the floor. First problem in 20 years so can't complain. Now spinning like a Rolls Royce Trent at take off power! Very pleased with the product and fast service. Definitely will use eSpares again.

  Meile Brushes 04 September 2017

  Not that easy to fit,had to strip down motor to gain access for replacement used rubber mount from old brushes for perfect fit. All good though first breakdown in 20 yr on Meile Machine £35 to repair Tops

  As with all Miele machines there a pain to get into The rubber mounts were slightly different so I replaced with the original ones and worked fine

  Good value but check model of machine 12 January 2017

  These carbon brushes were a great buy. I have a 2001/2002 Miele W884 so I knew these wouldn't be an exact match but just had to push out the brass sleeves from the red rubber mount and fit them into the existing ones from the machine as the rubber blocks have different profiles. It still saved £380 on what the engineer said was the need for a new motor!!

  Rubber holders are wrong 24 April 2016

  Needed to re-use the old red rubber holders as the new ones were the wrong shape. Dead square. They needed to be rounded off on the side that goes in. Fitted with the old rubbers and it is working. However they must be meant to be replaced or why would they come with new ones? Wouldn't buy again as I'm not sure if the original rubbers will hold out for a third time
