Ordered online at the best price on the internet. Parts arrived following day. The video on the espares website was easy to understand and follow and extremely beneficial. It took much longer to clean the oven than it did to fit the part! In summary, excellent service and support. Well done espares!

The element was : as on the box. Slightly different from the original, but, BUT that was the original on the oven 20 years ago. Worked seamlessly, not a problem, The lower oven grill oven had already had a replacement grill fitted with NO PROBLEM at all supplied by Espares. The only problem, the thermostat then went 'POP' so Really contact me if you need to. More than happy
