  I found using the site and selecting part easy. Delivery time good, but packaging way over the top, not environmentally friendly. Part was too big but was easily cut to size.

  Shame about the packaging......everything else was excellent. 02 July 2011

  First of all, I can't fault the service from eSpares in terms of quality or product, order process, price and delivery. The major downside was the packing. The Microwave Guide Cover I ordered is a flimsy item by nature and it arrived in a padded envelope which afforded no protection against bending. Sure enough, when I opened it up the cover had been completely bent in half, which had caused it to crack down the middle and lose its rigidity. I still managed to fit it but it looks bad and isn't a secure fit. A shame really because all that was needed was a piece of rigid card in the packaging and it would have been fine. For that reason it's only 3-stars from me, had the packing been better it would have be 5-stars all the way.
