Delivery service was good.This product both the carbon filter and paper filter are much thinner than the standard filter supplied with my Neff cooker hood. If the filters were large enough to double layer (which they are not)it would be of the correct thickness required. It is cheaper than other branded replacement carbon filters one of which I also bought and have reviewed if you care to look. Would I buy this again or recommend it. No
