  Impossible to fit 04 March 2013

  Bought the belt to fit a Creda T322VW tumble drier. It is almost impossible to fit. The drier was in bits before it could be fitted and then could not be put back together. Waste of money to buy for this machine, cost £15 and we have now thrown the drier away !

  HOTPOINT TUMBLE DRYER TS11P 29 August 2011

  This belt is actually about 2-3 cm shorter than the original, and therefore very difficult to fit. There's not much stretch in it. It took several hours to gain access to the drum and motor, and I never did manage to remove the outer casing completely. The front panel did want to come away. So had to feed the belt in with the casing in situ. Watch out for sharp edges! Also, release the tension wheel spring in order to get the belt on to the motor, and then flex those muscles to get the spring back into position. Screwing the case back onto the chassis took several attempts, but managed it in the end. This tumble dryer has been going for years, and I was amazed that it still goes after all this.

  Fitting Belt 09 March 2010

  This belt was quite difficult and time consuming to fit owing to the amount it had to be stretched in order to fit it over to drum and drive pulley - belt seemed to be manufactured too short! However the belt is now installed and working ok
