  I had paid extra for express delivery when ordering: Dyson compatible carbon brushes and relevant screwdriver for fixing. Unfortunately, it turned out that the screwdriver set was not available. I would have thought that it should have been noticed at your ordering point that I would not been able fit the brushes without the screwdriver and express delivery was therefore not applicable.
