Part arrived promptly, was easy to fit - fixed my washing machine for less than the price of a call out fee. Tech support confirmed I was ordering the right part and the "how to video" was clear - Fixed in about 20 mins. Motor is actually on a bayonet fit to the filter - so just changed that part, without the need of any tools

Genuine part and easy fit 11 July 2022
Bought the water pump for a very noisy (on drain) Beko WMB81241LW. Replaced in 10 minutes with a pair of pliers and a Philips #2 driver. Part turned up when stated (couple of days) came very well packaged. Bought from this company before and will use again.

Direct replacement for original 11 May 2021
This is a good product. Replacing the failed original is tricky. Three different sized hoses to remove and replace plus the electrical connector. Limited space to work in but once completed the machine is back to full working order. The main challenge is the spring clip that holds the large black flexible hose
