  Genuine replacement part 16 April 2019

  A genuine replacement part delivered promptly as usual. Videos online to help fit the parts you buy which is very helpful. This part is reasonably easy to fit but very fiddly at times but patience helps with this job. All good when complete no more leaks and pressure good.

  Cured pressure washer pulsing and restored to full pressure. On close inspection of old part could see very tiny water stain from minute crack.

  Part delivered quickly, no fuss. Relatively easy to fit, washer up and running, better pressure than before. Don't forget to transfer the small insert valves from original part. Hope it lasts longer than the original (failed after only about 50 hrs of running!) If it lasts, then good value

  Expensive but it worked! 31 August 2017

  Replacing the pressure washer housing of the Karcher was not a simple task, but but not exactly rocket science either. The part was of good quality and fitted well; the pressure washer was working fully after the repair and it saved the price of getting it fixed professionally, or replacing the unit altogether.

  Despite sending the wrong part initialy the staff were most helpfull with the correct replacement and sending free of charge. As it turned out I used the incorrect part anyway so I now have a few spares!

  Rapid and helpful service checking for the correct part for my pressure washer 31 July 2012

  Relatively easy to fit. Just take great care with the tiny springs when reassembling the Housing and pressure controller. With the benefit of hindsight I would have also ordered an "O" ring and gasket set to replace the old ones. Pressure washer working well even with the "old" "O" rings etc. Rapid delivery to France. Will certainly use espares again.

  this item which is essential in the machines operation cost approx one quarter of the total m/c price. it is a complete rip off
