  EXPENSIVE NECESSITY 24 April 2017

  I would expect Bosh products to be better than this. All door shelves have a thin plastic piece which hooks on to the door. With constant use this plastic breaks and the shelf falls off. The price is far too high for a poor product. E Spares cannot be held responsible for this and I consider there service excellent.

  Perfect fit 30 June 2016

  I have been meaning to replace my broken fridge parts for ages however could not find my model number. Once I found the model number, did this by photographing a sticker in my fridge, I entered the number on the internet & the e spare website came up. Ordering the the part was simple, swift delivery & it fits perfect. Parts are expensive though however e spare costs were comparable with other websites however e spare were the only company that made my search easy. Would definitely use e spares again.

  The product was better quality than I expected. Although it seemed quite expensive, I'm very pleased with it. It fits better than the original Bosch bottle shelf that came with the fridge! The transaction was easy to do and the delivery very speedy. I would be more than happy to use espares in the future and can highly recommend their services.

  Poor quality for a Bosch product 01 April 2014

  Service from eSpares excellent as ever but this is far from the quality you would normally expect from Bosch. Bought to replace a drawer that cracked within weeks of purchase - someone really needs to look at the shabby quality of the plastic.
