  Once you realise that the push wires can be taken out by inserting a thin probe in to release them, it is a simple job to reconnect and reassemble.

  Switch on and mow 15 August 2020

  The on/off switch arrived promptly. Well packaged. Switch was easy to fit but I had difficulty re attaching the switch box. It's all fine now and ready to mow the lawn again.

  Value for money product. Fitting was not too difficult once the wires connecting to switch terminals were removed. Bit fiddly! had to break old switch to prevent further damage to wires when pulling to remove. (Would have preferred screw fasteners to terminals, rather than the clamp type fasteners). Hence three stars.

  Brought my lawn rake back to life! 02 July 2016

  Excellent replacement switch for my Flymo lawn rake. Getting the wires and capacitor out of the old one was a bit tricky due to the clamping connection style. Fitted the new one in a few minutes.

  So glad to receive the product...couldn't work out why lawnmower was failing to turn on..but watched the video through espares website,ordered the switch and followed the simple and easy instructions..since then I have been loving gardening...happy days Defo recommanded

  Full marks to espares , identifying the relevant switch as it wasn't listed on the website. Despite remarks in other reviews, it was not a major job to fit. Needed to strip one cable end to re terminate, but anyone who can fit a 13 amp plug should be able to cope.

  Easily fitted and worked first time. Seems identical to original part not a copy. Same price as from Flymo Official site but postage was about one third of that from Flymo.
