  T.he part, fitted with new capacitor,works perfectly. It took just about 30 minutes to strip old one and fit new. I used an old sacking needle to slide into sockets holding wiring in the old switch, this enabled easy removal, then new switch was fitted pushing in two and screw fitting the other two as instructions, a simple procedure, a good job, saving the cost of a new mower.

  Replaces original 09 October 2017

  Not so easy to fit as capacitor and wires from original are crimp fitted on no return clips so had to demolish original to remove it. It was the part advertised and was a replacement but did not solve the problem as the original it transpires was not the faulty part!

  Spot on! Mower back working within 15mins 11 July 2017

  Mower stopped. Google & YouTube search confirmed switch likely to have gone. Found part on espares straight away. Wasn't sure if needed capacitor but reviews said otherwise. Easy to fit, a straight swap, however, I did need to break the old switch open with screwdriver to free wires. Machine back working within 15 mins. Cheaper than buying a new mower!!

  Good products - good service! 04 July 2017

  I repeat my review covering both the Flymo switch and the capacitor: How to feel good! I have a couple of lawns and they were badly in need of a cut - six inch grass in places. I got halfway through cutting and the machine stopped - so did the current flow! It indicated to me that the capacitor needed replacing as well as the cutout switch in the house to be turned back on and the various other household electric items to be also switched back on and programmed. Damned nuisance. Espares were my saviour. To be safe I ordered a switch and capacitor for my Flymo. (I wasn't sure so belt and braces). Took a couple of days to arrive and about half an hour for me to replace both items then finish off the lawn. Excell

  Lawn mower part - on off switch 01 June 2017

  Dont blame the part but cant get it to work in switching the mower on and off. Will prob scrap mower sad as motor / blades etc were fine.
