  Perfect replacement for original part 01 September 2018

  I was expecting an orange part being Flymo, but mine was green. No matter, I compared with the original and aside from the colour it was pretty much identical. The old one was a little fiddly to remove as you have to release the wires using a pin, but fitting the wires to the new switch is easy. The input supply wires are secured via grub screws and the switched supply wires to the motor are a push fit. There are even separate push-fit holes for the suppression capacitor. Much cheaper than a Flymo part (assuming you can even still get one) and arrived very promptly. One very happy customer!

  Good replacement of original part 26 April 2018

  The switch is great value compared to the cost of the Flymo part. However the switch only has grub screws on one side to hold the power input wires. The other side of the switch has internal self locking contacts that do not make it easy to remove the wires.

  cheap and quality fix 09 April 2018

  Ordered Thurs delivered Mon about 15 mins to replace, breaking the bottom of the old switch is the easier option. Lawnmower works perfectly . Not the first time I have used espares and will not be the last an excellent service all round.

  Good product 03 April 2018

  Value for money product. Fitting was not too difficult once the wires connecting to switch terminals were removed. Bit fiddly! had to break old switch to prevent further damage to wires when pulling to remove. (Would have preferred screw fasteners to terminals, rather than the clamp type fasteners). Hence three stars.

  Very quick delivery. A bit fiddly to fit especially the little yellow capacitor ( radio & tv suppressor.) But it did the job and saved the cost of a new mower.

  Saved Myself Another Load of Money 22 October 2017

  The switch had given up on my lawn mower and I was expecting to fork out for a new mower but as usual espares came up with the goods. This time I didn't need the video to help fit the new part but in the past I've found them invaluable. Fitted the new switch this morning and cut the lawn straight away all thanks to espares.
