  Saves a lot of frustration 28 May 2012

  Sooooo easy. After a lot of fiddling around trying to rewind a spool with line and wasting endless pieces as it jammed I decided to go for the ready made replacement. Saved me time in the end and a lot of frustration. Well worth it.

  Spool ended before the back garden done. 23 May 2012

  It was all going well until the spool ended before the back garden was complete, i must admit the grass in the back garden was quite long and the strimmer was pushed but didnt expect it to run out on first cut so used plan b the replacement blue plastic from the shed which is also generally gone before you know it but wound on the brand new empty spool to get it done. Result but grass is a constant job so tarmac is now my plan c :)

  Purchased the spool and cap to rejuvinate my daughters old strimmer to cut grass in her small allotment to the rear of her house. Both items fitted in seconds and promptly cleared the whole area of long grass. Usually the strimmer cord breaks often during the exercise but still had 2/3rds of spool at end of task. Have now bookmarked this site for future use. First class quality and value for money! Well done in this age of con men.

  A cut above the rest 25 April 2012

  I had tried many different types of strimmer cord which always snapped very quickly, as did my patience. I thought, having purchased a number of other items from espares without any problems or trouble, I would buy strimmer cord from them. Of course as usual I was not disappointed for as usual a speedy delivery which spurred my wife on to nag me to get out and sort out the garden which I duly obeyed. I managed to complete the whole task without one break of the cord. A truly remarkable experience, something I haven’t had for some considerable time. I would always recommend Espares as a first port of call.
