  Used them a few times, always perfect, every website should follow their lead. Always amazing service. On the one time they didn't, they fixed it immediately, everyone makes mistakes, these guys are always prepared to make amends, fast and without fuss. However, it's rare they ever make a mistake. Yes, some parts are expensive, but it's the manufacturer, not these guys, I've checked with the brands. They don't rip people off either.

  I initially received a shelf which was cracked. It was very easy to send back and within a few days I had a replacement that I was happy with.
