  Device does not ‘hold’ the bulb cover, so slips easily. Eventually got the bulb cover off with a bit of WD40, giving a helping hand. Would use again, so value is ok, but the real issue is the lamp cover produced by NEFF🙄

  IT DID THE JOB 13 October 2020

  The bulb in my Neff oven failed and I was unable to remove the glass cover with my hand so I ordered this plastic removal tool. The tool fitted over the glass light cover but being plastic tended to give way and kept slipping over the glass ridges when using a lot of pressure to turn the tool anticlockwise. I then stuck two layers of masking tape around the glass cover to give the plastic tool a tighter fit. This level of masking tape made all the difference and the glass cover was then removed.

  Glass cover now off to enable replacement of bulb 21 April 2019

  Bit tricky at first but after spraying cleaner around the top of the glass cover it eventually shifted. Replaced bulb and very happy to have the light back on. Part much cheaper than the oven manufacturers site so good value.

  Very practical tool 27 December 2018

  I bought this item as the bulb cover was stuck and decided this was cheaper than a replacement bulb cover should I need to break it off to replace the bulb. Didn’t work at first, however that was due to the cover being well and truly stuck. With a bit of patience and elbow grease it worked. Job done and money saved.

  Okay except for packaging 23 November 2017

  No complaints about product or delivery time but can't believe the size of the box it was packaged in! The box it was sent in must have been 10 times the size of the part! Also meant it wouldn't go through letterbox and we had to collect it from Royal Mail.

  After wrestling with the impossibly placed lamp cover in my Neff oven I gave in and purchased the removal cover. This did the job nicely!
