You may not use it often but trying to undo the glass guard without it is difficut if not impossible.It was delivered quickly and I removed the glass cover in seconds!

Having tried every way I could think of to remove the oven light cover, I was thinking the only way left was to break it & then I saw the removel tool. When it arrived I was sceptical but to my suprise, it fitted well & worked a treat, no other tools were required. If you cannot remove your light cover BUY ONE.

Solved a tricky problem 18 January 2011
Access to the main oven lamp on our Bosch oven is difficult. I could not grip the glass cover firmly. Using this tool turned an 'impossible' job into an easy one. Highly recommended.

Care - doesn't fit all Bosch Ovens 13 January 2011
Product sturdy enough but unfortunately it didn't fit the lamp in my oven. Managed to move the cover by brushing with white vinegar, leaving for a couple of hours, heating oven, allowing to cool to warm, and turning whilst wearing rubber gloves :-)

I tried to remove the cover without the tool and could not move it. I got the tool and did the job quickly and easily.
