  Spool Cover non removal 14 June 2013

  Purchased Bosch ART 23 Easytrim two days ago. The weak line soon snapped. I found it IMPOSSIBLE to remove the spool cover. Have read other reviews stating the same. Does anybody know of a way to do this? Maybe a tool similar to a car oil filter remover. Otherwise will go for scrap.
