  drive belt and pinion both easy and quick to fit to lawnmower but as this is the second pinion I have fitted in two years to the same mower (the original and the first replacement both sheared off when the motor and blades were free of any obstruction and were well oiled) I think Bosch should consider aluminium to be too brittle a material for the task it has to perform!.

  Replacing Drive Belt on Elan 32 Lawnmower 25 August 2013

  THe only major problem was the removing the screw holding cover plate which was not possible with any of my screw driver heads (security type screw) fitting Belt no problems, replaced old screw with conventional screw and washer, excellent price and service as usual from E Spares, many thanks.
