  check base of basket to ensure will fit into machine 11 December 2015

  Ordered online quick delivery when arrived realized that the base of the basket not same as that on my Hotpoint dishwasher would not slip over plastic racks on base.. had to put it in between racks which takes away use of some of the plate racks..Should have examined the picture and the existing basket more closely.

  You get what you pay for, halve the price of the genuine part but does not fit in my machine properly, has to fit in the middle, restricting items I can fit into the machine

  Misleading 14 April 2015

  I chose this cutlery basket based on the guide which claimed that it would fit my particular Hotpoint model. It does but only if you lay the dividers in the dishwasher flat losing valuable plate loading space

  The cutlery basket is adequate but not as good as my previous two baskets!! The quality is basic but can hold cutlery.

  Although of good quality, only one compartment has dividers to stop cutlery (knives especially) from touching during washing. Otherwise, good value.

  Wears over time 18 December 2013

  While this was a perfect replacement to start off with, it has begun to erode away at the bottom again like the original one that came with the Indesit dishwasher. This means that cutlery is again falling through the bottom of the basket, the drawer gets stuck as a result. Overall a poor product.

  If there is a problem with the plastic 'eroding' this would occur across the product. If this damage is noted at the bottom of the basket it is probably due to being damaged by knifes being 'dropped' into the basket cutting and damaging the basket.

  Measured my space but because the basket flares out at the base it wouldn't fit in my baumatic dishwasher. Refund given promptly thank you.

  didnt fit exactly where it should 14 May 2013

  The basket was a replacement and is slightly too large to be placed where the original one fitted securely. So it works but is always at a sloping angle. Which is irritating.

  Poor customer care 08 March 2013

  Package was not checked prior to shipping, handle was missing and had great difficulty getting customer care to send new one out. However eventually received new one and was happy with this part of service. Great value part , expensive postal costs compared to other companies I use. Will use e spares again
