Although the seal is extemely easy to fit and to all intents and purposes self locates on the outer drum and machine front and so even a novice should have no problem fitting this door seal. The inner drum rubbed on the seal over the full circumference and caused an awful smell of burning rubber. Espares very quickly replaced the seal without any problem at all. I could see no reason for the problem, the seal was unable to be adjusted in position to clear the rubbing. Maybe a small quality issue at the manufacturers. I would have no hesitation in recommending espares to anyone, professional or novice. The instruction video idea is fantastic and very informative.

Problem: my pup ate my washing machine door seal. Solution: get one from espares! I took the old one out the day before, and tried to remember how it went.... And when the new one arrived it was fiddly but simple to fit. I did it in an hour and a half, having watched the very useful espares film showing me how. Ladies, do not fear the door seal..... Stay calm, unplug it and use your common sense.

Easy to get off, hard to get first bit of seal on, a tip is to using washing up liquid, also hard to fit metal band other than that great. Took me about an hour to fit.

The wife's bra put holes in the old door seal so I ordered a new one and fitted it myself. First time for me and watched the how to video job done!! Total cost £40 new washing machine £250....no brainer....
