  Very Effective 30 June 2011

  This product is very effective in getting hair (mine is cat) lifted from the carpet. The only disadvantage is that you cannot push it back and forward as you would with your usual vacuum head or it just re-deposits the hairs onto the carpet. You have to pull the head towards you and then when hair has accumulated on the pad, push the hair from the pad into the vacuum hose (a damp cloth or a bit of lick and spit does the trick). It is a bit of a nuisance but picks up much more hair than any other vacuum head I have ever used, so worth the added effort!

  I was amazed at how much pet hair this brush picked up but can not change the head from cat to dog or vice versa or get it off for cleaning.

  Alright but not great 18 April 2011

  The angle between the shaft and the floor is very shallow. As a tall person I have to hold the hose very low to the ground now. The cleaning is good but when you need to take the hose out it means unscrewing and reattaching the head.

  This product does a good job,But is not for many of the vacumm cleaners today,I had to make up a special adapter for the Dyson cleaner,but was a success,and did a good job.

  I have a Dyson DC11 and although this is supposed to fit, it doesn't. I have had to find a short length of pipe that fits the Vacuum head and then taped it to thicken it up to fit the Dyson

  Item very good for dog hairs but seems to gather them together rather than suck them into the cleaner.In the past I purchased a similar item but with two red strips on which were in opposit directions to each other and which pushed the pet hairs up into the cleaner more easily.

  Cat Hair Problems on Carpets 17 November 2010

  It collects hair when fitted on the suction sweeper and is dragged towards the user. One has to stop regularly to clean the hairs off the pad. Best solution so far for the problem. Our cats are Ragdolls with a lot of hair.

  This is a good addon for your vacuum cleaner. However, my only critisism would be instead of sucking all my dog hairs up, it gathers it into a pile. However, my dog does shed alot of hair all year around.
