  finaly got it to fit our philips vacume cleaner by using tape, it works well but just note that it does fit all sizes of tubes. a very good price compared to the original part

  Pretty good at removing cat hair. 28 June 2012

  I've tried lots of tools and gadgets to remove cat hair from the sofa and this is one of the better ones. Well worth a try.

  Better than I expected 27 June 2012

  I'd seen these tools before and never really taken any notice, but since the arrival of my two kittens a year ago, I've been finding cat hair depositing everywhere and although the vacuum cleaner seemed to suck it up I thought this would be useful for furniture. When it arrived, I thought the best test was to hoover the carpet thoroughly then run this tool across the carpet. OMG. I must have spent 20 minutes on my hands and knees with this tool magically extracting cat hair from the pile. Truly worthwhile and thoroughly amazing.

  Sadly doesnt fit 27 June 2012

  Bought this as I was trying to cope with my Maine Coon's excessive shedding. Normal vacuum cleaner brushes just don't seem to lift the hair. And when they eventually do, it's with substantial effort! The concept is brilliant and the product in itself works wonderfully. Only big problem - it doesnt fit on the hose properly. It keeps moving which is somewhat annoying. Universal fit it therefore isn't! Need to come up with a plan to try and attach it more securely. Company service delivery is excellent though!

  Concept good, but lacks a bit in the way you can connect it to your vacum cleaner 29 May 2012

  It really didn't meet the 30 mm requirement. For my Miele vacumcleaner I had to use tape and some rubberbands in order to get it to fit properly. Should be possible to make it more flexible by using another type of fixing it to the vacum cleaner. That being said - when in use, it really removes the dog hairs effectively. I have a Dalmatian and struggle with those short white hairs everywhere. I should only hope you could have even more solutions to offer in order to remove dog and cat hairs.

  excellent at picking up pet hair but make not so ggood 08 May 2012

  this hoover head it just brilliant at picking up pet hair, best so far but the make is rubbish that it broke after using it a few times, i'm still using it held together with tape. i guess with the price you cant go wrong. i would recomend it although its not very strong.

  Good but not perfect 01 May 2012

  This is excellent at getting dog hairs out of short pile carpets but the angle of the pipe is too shallow so you have to vacuum at a strange angle which after a couple of rooms will give you backache. Very cheap though for something that gets the hair out so well

  great solution 06 March 2012

  have lost the hoover head for my Miele Pet Hair vacuum - it went out in the recycling by mistake - and would have cost £64 to replace. This one was a tenner and does the job. It's cheap and cheerful, does not feel like it will last eons but neither will the hoover as it is several years old. Only problem I've found is that it needs to be kept at a low angle to the floor otherwise it makes an alarming click sound as if it's about to break. I am tall so I now have to stoop more than I like to hoover at this angle.

  Excellent product 29 February 2012

  I purchased this due to having a dog and struggling to remove the dog hair from our 80% wool carpet. As soon as it arrived I fitted it to the vaccum cleaner, the adjusting neck/collar was easy to use and it really does remove the dog hair! Excellent product, which I would highly recommend to all pet owners
