  Ineffective 22 April 2016

  I am a frequent espares customer but this item let me down. I have a very powerful samsung vacuum but needed a new head. This somehow drew no vacuum at all and did not allow any suction through whatsoever. I have requested to return it as I found it useless.

  Wasn't impressed 20 December 2015

  Bought for my hoover pets & dogs vac and got to say although was easy to fix I wasn't impressed with the actual tool, made my usually excellent vacuum pretty useless and was easier to pick stuff by hand. Will definitely be ordering the actual attachment for my vacuum.

  Pet hair remover tool 17 July 2012

  It looks great, you can see how the velvety fabric will pick up the hairs, but . . . it is a bad design for fitting your hoover hose. It needs to have an angled part so that you can push it across the carpet easier. As it is, it fits on the end at 180 degrees, so it is very tricky to use.
