  Does not fit the Dyson DC08TW Animal Hose. Ive tried every configuration and unless you have to buy an adapter, does not work with this cleaner at all. Totally useless purchase. Mind you works a treat when brushing carpets by hand without cleaner

  I found it too difficult to put on to the pipe, it has to be twisted harder than my "older" hands and wrists can manage - someone put it on for me and I cannot remove it now to swap it with the regular tool. I may need to get a tool to grip and twist it on and off or always ask a young man to do it!!

  Stunning views of the carpets now. Never realised how slowly pet hairs build up. Could have knitted a jumper from the amount this fibre brush removed. And my cleaner was SUPPOSED to REMOVE pet hairs !!

  Universal 30-37mm Pet Hair Vacuum Tool 15 July 2010

  This is brilliant. I purchased one many years ago and everyone in my family thought it was so good they wanted one but when I tried to purchase more was told it had stopped being made. So I was thrilled when I saw it on your site. Being approx 243 mm wide it is so much better than the usual 170 mm wide so takes less time to go over a carpet. My only complaint is that when screwed onto the Henry tube it does not grip tightly enough. Nevertheless it shouldn't be too difficult to sort out.

  We were going to buy a new rug simply because it was so difficult to clean, but the pet hair vacuum tool really gets the hairs up, the only negative point would be that you have to push the collected hairs up the cleaner nozzle, but I would definately recommend this tool and would purchase again.

  Certainly gathers up pet hair etc but no user instructions included. Gathered hair tends to form clumps on the carpet and it is not easily captured by the cleaner with the Pet Hair head fitted. Some included written hints on the optimum means of using the head would be sensible.
