Removes pet hair well, does not fit well to Dyson DC15 Animal 27 January 2011
This tool does lift pet hair very well however I think someone from e spares should try fitting it to a DC15 and actually using it to clean a carpet or rug and you will discover how frustrating this is as however tight you manage to do the compression joint up it does not remain in position for more than a couple of "sweeps". Conclusion good product that needs to be produced to specifically fit to a Dyson.

AS THE OWNER OF TWO GOLDEN RETRIEVERS THIS ITEM HAS PROVED EXCELLENT FOR THE REMOVAL OF PET HAIRS FROM THE CARPETS AND RUGS, I HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL OF THESE OVER THE YEARS AND THIS ONE IS THE BEST THAT I HAVE USED SIMPLE TO FIT AND A LARGER SIZE THAN MOST OF THE OTHERS ON THE MARKET.

Item very good for dog hairs but seems to gather them together rather than suck them into the cleaner.In the past I purchased a similar item but with two red strips on which were in opposit directions to each other and which pushed the pet hairs up into the cleaner more easily.

This is without doubt the best fitment we've bought to help keep our house clean of dog hair. We have a long haired Mastiff who malts all year and this attachment has made such a difference to us, IT ACTUALY DOES WHAT IT SAYS!! Can't recomend highly enough.

Cat Hair Problems on Carpets 17 November 2010
It collects hair when fitted on the suction sweeper and is dragged towards the user. One has to stop regularly to clean the hairs off the pad. Best solution so far for the problem. Our cats are Ragdolls with a lot of hair.

This is a good addon for your vacuum cleaner. However, my only critisism would be instead of sucking all my dog hairs up, it gathers it into a pile. However, my dog does shed alot of hair all year around.

We have a medium hair german shepherd we call her hairy mary but at the weekend i found this site as the hairs were attrocious and nothing i did to remove them worked this attachment has saved us a fortune by attaching it to our hetty hoover the best purchase ever well impressed......
