Easy to fit paddles 01 August 2011
Forget contacting your very busy plumber for something that is this easy to fix! My paddle came off (I'd experienced this before with an earlier washing machine) and I found e-spares on the net. It was a piece of cake to find the part I needed, it arrived within two days & I got an extra one at a discount. Clicked it into place and washing machine is back working again. Usually this would entail a 15mile round trip in the car and a week's wait for the part and then a trip to collect it. Excellent work e-spares!

On buying my purchace from espares, i found it extremely easy to fit and the price was great, it was also very informative, as there are so many to choose from and most look similar, i wouls definately come back to espares if there was any other part i should need in the future.

A Great Money-Saver 24 July 2011
When my daughter phoned to say that a paddle had fallen off her washing machine drum, I thought the Bank of Dad was in for a bashing as I envisaged a man was needed to remove the drum and fit another. Probably a write-off and new machine would be cheaper. But NO!!! A visit to the espares website told me that it could be fitted easily without drum removal and for less than a tenner little was wasted if that turned out not the case. I placed an order to be delivered direct to my daughter and waited for the call to come and fit it. Two days later, the call.....'it's arrived dad and I have fitted it in 3/4 minutes'. Nothing sexist intended, but fitting is that easy!!

Quick and Easy to fit 03 March 2011
I saw a video on how to fit a drum lifter for a washing machine and since one had snapped off on mine, I was dreading paying for a call out for an engineer just to fit this part. I ordered the necessary part and it was very quickly fitted- insert pull and snap! Job done at minimum cost. I would have preferred a faster delivery (it took 5 days) for an in-stock item but I gather that eSpares have now addressed this issue with a next-day guarantee. This is why they lost one star!
