I had spent 2 weeks pulling torn clothes from my washing machine before it dawned on me that the drum paddle had broken. Although i have a 5 year free parts warranty the engineer who would have had to fit the part would have been 10x the price of buying a new paddle myself. It was delivered within 2 days and was a doddle to fit!! No more torn clothing.

My washer came with a free parts guarantee but it turned out the parts were only free if the washer manufacturer sent their own engineer to fit it. This cost £119.00! I then looked into buying my own part to fit myself which I felt confident in doing after watching the helpful video by espares. The part arrived in a couple of days and the part fitted in less than TWO minutes. Thank you espares for the excellent service. I will be recommending you to all and sundry.

parts didnt last 2 weeks Very poor 17 April 2012
The drum paddle once ordered came very quick and the installation was simple, but 2 weeks after installation the 2 drum paddles broke off in the washing machine and damaged cloths. I need to order 2 more paddles.

This is the second replacement paddle I've needed. I had no hesitation in ordering it. It was no problem to fit and the drum is as good as new.
