  Easy to fit 12 November 2014

  The replacement spares arrived within the timescale as I paid extra for next day delivery. The product was easy to fit but unfortunately the lugs holding the paddle sheared off again which I can only put down to a fault with the mechanics behind the drum which is why it sheared off in the first place so I ended up buying a new washing machine - what a pain! This is no reflection on the quality of goods or service received just my bad luck.

  Easy!! 22 April 2013

  I had spent 2 weeks pulling torn clothes from my washing machine before it dawned on me that the drum paddle had broken. Although i have a 5 year free parts warranty the engineer who would have had to fit the part would have been 10x the price of buying a new paddle myself. It was delivered within 2 days and was a doddle to fit!! No more torn clothing.

  Quick and Easy to fit 03 March 2011

  I saw a video on how to fit a drum lifter for a washing machine and since one had snapped off on mine, I was dreading paying for a call out for an engineer just to fit this part. I ordered the necessary part and it was very quickly fitted- insert pull and snap! Job done at minimum cost. I would have preferred a faster delivery (it took 5 days) for an in-stock item but I gather that eSpares have now addressed this issue with a next-day guarantee. This is why they lost one star!
