Good idea if it worked 15 October 2017
I have put these spiked balls in my tumble dryer with both towels and sheets and duvet covers. They are extremely noisy even when there are towels in with them. However, I haven't seen much improvement in the actual drying time, or the amount of creasing in sheets, etc.

Using in tumble dryer a bit shocked first time of use as it made a lot of noise. Stayed with it and the clothes are softer.
