Blue balls 23 February 2016
My daughter's dog chewed one to bits when it came out with items that had been in the tumble dryer, hence the returning order as there seems to be a good difference when used.

Softer towels 14 February 2016
These do make the towels softer & the sheets were less crumpled. They are noisy but as my tumble drier is in the garage this is not a problem. Difficult to judge if they cut the time down for the same reason.

Does it do what it says... 04 January 2016
I really can't answer for energy saving in the dryer itself, it does mean less creases in my shirts so no need for an iron, saving energy there and occasionally they rattle a bit going round in the drum so you don't forget you have the tumble dryer on, so you remember to switch it off - another energy saving measure. This is my second set, after a couple of years they do go hard and brittle and one started to break up, at the price the saving is to be made.

Well worth having! 30 December 2015
This is my second set of these dryer balls. One of the two in the first set has been falling apart for some time, shedding spikes in the drier so they don't last forever but they do help with drying time and I would certainly recommend them.

Energy Saving Tumble dryer balls. 30 November 2015
Mine came in blue again, although the colour shouldn't matter. These are a great idea and seem to work well. Hopefully they will last a bit longer than the last lot I got. They do seem to be widely available now, which is good for the planet if it saves energy, fabric softener & reduces static in laundry.

A useful accessory on Washday 27 October 2015
The initial surprise was to find how hard the balls are but the real shock was the noise the balls made when used . They were effective, shortening the drying time and separating the layers of materials so minimum ironing was needed. Nothing was mentioned as to whether these same balls could be used in a washing machine. Definitely worth the money and so easy to use.

I really don't know if they help or not. For the price it's worth a try & hope for the best

Not fluffy but useful... 15 June 2016
Very sceptical when I bought them, but thought if I can further help the planet along with my electric bill...what's the worst that can happen? I could use them for the cat to play with...maybe... Quite noisy to start with, but then quieter as they get hotter. Static seemed less. Less creasing and less time needed to tumble. So I think I'm converted. And the cat loses out ;-)
