  Another success, but a word of caution! 18 July 2020

  This part was a bit tricky to fit as there's not much room in the average handle. Worth the effort as the price of a decent hedge trimmer surprised me. Amazing how little used appliances can deteriorate in the shed, got this one out and as the on/off switch was at fault it started up when I switched it on at the mains! Luckily nobody got hurt but it was curtains for my underpants.

  Looked right and was right, result! 01 September 2016

  Described as a Flymo part, and based only on the pictures on your site, I took a gamble that it would fit my Homebase Powerdevil hedge trimmer, and it did! The actual moving part of the switch is better designed than on the original - more positive. These parts are pretty generic, but make sure the locating pins that hold the switch in place in the casing are correctly spaced.

  Saved me buying a new hedge trimmer 12 August 2016

  Although it is slightly different to the original switch in my Sovereign HTEG34C-450 trimmer, it fits perfectly and functions as per the original.

  brilliant parts supplier. 24 May 2015

  i spent a long time identifying the part I wanted although the hedge trimmer has a B&Q makers label on it, I checked a few other makes of hedge trimmer and found it was a rebadged flymo. ordered part, it arrived swiftly and I fitted it in less than one hour
