  I have purchased Philishave HQ9 Shaving Heads, a pack of 3. They've arrived very fast, within 5 days from the day of dispatch and they are exactly as shown on the website. Unfortunately I've ordered a Philishave HQ9 Electric Razor Retaining Frame and a Holder Assembly for the same device - both did not arrive for more than 2 weeks after the first item arrival. I'm still waiting. Maybe the company needs to offer an option to pay an extra amount of money so that the item will be sent by a kind of registered delivery. I think is our postal system problem, but I would pay a fee to make sure the items will actually arrive.
